CPL 2.0 Delicious

I find Delicious very busy with a lot of "stuff" going on on the page. I think I will become more comfortable with it as I use it more and familiarize myself with it. I can see how it would be very useful as a resource for customer service.

It seems you can't go anywhere or listen to a radio program or watch a TV program without hearing about people "twittering" or "blogging" neither of which I am familiar with. Although I don't have any interest in personally using these at this time it would be nice to at least be somewhat familiar and aware of what they can do and what the BIG DEAL is about them!!
